Ennis Road Retail Park will consist of 10,683 square metres of retail warehousing which will be anchored by Woodies DIY occupying 4,645 square metres. This is Woodies DIY’s 26th store opening in Ireland.

Retail Units will be available from 500 square metres. Larger units may be able to be subdivided to meet specific tenant requirements.

Limerick is the commercial, financial, educational and cultural capital of one of Irelands largest economic regions as it represents 21% of total export sales of Irelands top 100 exporters. As an administrative and regional capital, Limerick is the commercial hub strategically located in the heart of the Midwest which has a population of 340,000 (Source: Census of pop 2002).
